Our Story
Built by investors, for investors in Your City.
Investor Alliance REIA started as a small meetup of local investors who saw a gap in our market: there were plenty of gurus selling courses, but very few trusted, local communities where real investors could share deals, lessons learned, and real-world support.
Today, our chapter brings together new and experienced investors, lenders, contractors, agents, and other real estate professionals from across Your City. We focus on practical education, quality networking, and a code of ethics that keeps our community safe and respected.

Meet the Leadership Team
Our board is made up of active investors who volunteer their time to help fellow members succeed. They bring experience across buy-and-hold, flips, wholesaling, lending, and property management in Your City and beyond.
Alex Martinez
President
Alex is a full-time investor with 12+ years of experience in buy-and-hold, small multifamily, and value-add projects across Your City. After growing a portfolio from a single duplex to dozens of units, Alex is passionate about helping newer investors avoid costly mistakes and structure their first deals the right way.
Jordan Lee
Vice President
Jordan specializes in fix-and-flip and wholetail deals, having renovated more than 60 properties ranging from entry-level homes to luxury rehabs. Jordan leads our market-updates segment and brings a data-driven approach to analyzing deals, contractor relationships, and resale strategies.
Samantha Patel
Board Member • Education
With a background in lending and portfolio management, Samantha teaches our members how to structure financing, protect their credit, and work effectively with banks and private lenders. She curates our educational calendar so each session builds on the last and serves both new and seasoned investors.
Marcus Green
Board Member • Membership & Community
Marcus began investing through house-hacking and small multifamily deals before expanding into joint ventures and private lending. As our membership chair, Marcus focuses on making new members feel welcomed, connected, and supported from their very first meeting.
